氧化铝载体形态为白色固体,有球状和粉状两种常用形状,无毒、无臭、不粉化、不溶于水和乙醇。焙烧温度大体在500-800℃之间,根据孔容大小之分可以做成中孔,大孔等载体,做成的载体具有活性强,孔容大,吸水率高等特点。根据催化剂用途在载体中加入适当的活性助剂(如:MO-Al、Ni- Al、Mn- Al、Ti- Al、CO- Al、K- Al等)制成不同用途的催化剂,用于石油化工,水处理,环保行业,固定床和移动床环境都可以有不同使用。球状载体也可以根据客户要求在载体中加入适量氧化硅,氧化铁,氧化铜,氧化钛等直接制成催化剂使用。常用包装有:25公斤/袋,25公斤/桶,100公斤/桶

球状氧化铝载体基本参数有:AL2O3≥92%,比表面积≥150m2/g,堆积密度≥0.45g/mL,孔容≥0.45ml/g,吸水率≥70%等。

The alumina carrier is a white solid with two common shapes, spherical and powdery, non-toxic, odorless, non-powdery, insoluble in water and ethanol. The calcination temperature is about 500-800 ℃. According to the size of pore volume, mesoporous and macroporous carriers can be made. The carrier made has strong activity, large pore volume and high water absorption. According to the purpose of the catalyst, add appropriate active additives (such as MO-Al, Ni-Al, Mn-Al, Ti-Al, CO-Al, K-Al, etc.) into the carrier to make catalysts for different purposes, which can be used in petrochemical, water treatment, environmental protection industries, fixed bed and mobile bed environments. 

Spherical support can also be directly used as catalyst by adding appropriate amount of silicon oxide, iron oxide, copper oxide, titanium oxide, etc. into the support according to customer requirements. 

Common packaging: 25kg/bag, 25kg/barrel, 100kg/barrel.
